Description

The OCMA-550 is a semi-automated Oil content analyzer that quickly and accurately measures oil deposits on electrical components, metal parts, soil and foodstuffs. The instrument requires a simple extraction of the solid by immersion into a non hazardous S- 313 Solvent and mixed accordingly. After a brief period, an aliquot of the extraction solvent is then injected into a separate cell and subsequently placed into a compartment of the instrument. With a touch of a button, the instrument automatically measures the sample extract by NDIR and provides results displayed as mg/L, mg/kg, mg/m on a 3.5’ backlit LCD.
