FLUID IMAGING TECHNOLOGIES PARTNERS WITH CANADIAN FIRM, ATS SCIENTIFIC, INC. Yarmouth, ME----December 24, 2009: Instrumentation manufacturer, Fluid Imaging Technologies, Inc., of Yarmouth, Maine today announced that ATS Scientific Inc.has been appointed as their exclusive distributor for their industrial products for the Canadian market.

To add focus to this expanded product range, ATS Scientific Inc. has promoted Joseph Emili, as their Product Manager for Material Characterization products.

Fluid Imaging Technologies, Inc is the manufacturer of FlowCAM® desktop and portable instrumentation for rapid analysis and monitoring of particles in fluids. Microfluidics Enters into Exclusive Partnership with ATS Scientific to Expand Distribution in Canada

Newton, MA – January 7, 2010 – Microfluidics (OTCBB: MFLU) has partnered with ATS Scientific, Inc. (Burlington, Ontario) to be the exclusive distributor of Microfluidizer® high shear fluid processors and related services throughout the majority of Canada. ATS, which recently celebrated its twentieth anniversary as a nationwide distributor of scientific equipment, maintains a portfolio of synergistic products, including HORIBA particle size analyzers.

“We are very pleased to welcome ATS to the Microfluidics family,” said Brian Ayling, Regional Sales Manager at Microfluidics. “Microfluidics has always had a strong presence in the pharmaceutical industry in Canada.
